Returns Policy
Thank you for buying one of our artworks. I hope you are pleased with your item.
If however there is a problem and you would like to return it, please read through this page carefully.
It is our aim to provide you with the highest quality artworks. However, if you receive an item that you feel doesn't live up to expectations, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Faulty Goods
Returns are accepted for items that are defective or faulty upon receipt. This refers to any damage that may have occurred in transit. You will need to sign for your item upon delivery, and the courier will take a photograph of it at that time.
Please provide a description of the fault along with photographs. This will help us assess the issue and prevent the fault happening again.
You must notify us of the faulty item as quickly as possible and within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Process for damaged items.
To initiate a return for an item that arrived damaged, please get in contact by email: mail@gabriellesgallery.co.uk or phone: 01239851026. Include details of the fault. In these circumstances we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty item.
For returns in any other circumstances, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned faulty item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7days of receiving the returned item.
No Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any items. If you would like a different artwork instead, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. In these circumstances you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and insurances. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you, and it must be signed for upon delivery and photographed as proof. Any damage occuring in transit due to poor re-packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for items that are not faulty and have been sold as non-returnable. It will be displayed on the description page if the item is sold as 'not refundable". If you feel that the artwork is not as described then please contact: mail@gabriellesgallery.co.uk stating where the description or illustration was not accurate.
